1) What is an Affiliate Program?

Answer:

An Affiliate Program is a way of earning money. There are several ways to participate; the most popular is by placing links to our site on a website that you own.
For every person you refer to Horizon 20 for the first time and makes a deposit into a new real money account, we will pay you a percentage of all the money we earn from your player.

2) Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?

Answer:

No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no fee to apply.

3) How does the Affiliate Program work?

Answer:

As an affiliate you earn commission on the revenue generated by the players you refer. If your site audience has an interest in online gaming and especially in Sports Betting, then our affiliate program is for you! It can be extremely beneficial for the growth of your business. Being part of our affiliate program will provide you with a fantastic opportunity for financial gain.

4)  What do I get paid for?

Answer:  The Horizon 20 Affiliate Program pays affiliates for referring New Real Money Players.

5)  How do I get started?

Answer:

Go to http://affiliates.horizon20.com,sign up there, you will receive access the reporting system and to our Banner Manager, which contains all of our creatives. The Banner Manager will provide HTML code that you can cut and paste into your Website. Your Tracking ID will be automatically included in your creative code.

6) What is my username and password?

Answer:

At http://affiliates.horizon20.com you will create both your account and password.

 7)  How do I know how much commission I have earned?

Answer:

Simply log into your account at http://affiliates.Horizon 20.com and take a look at your Summary Report. You can find the summary report in the reports menu located at the top of the screen.
There is a heading titled “Total Commission”, this will give you the total amount that you have earned.

8)  How do I see how many new players I have sent?

Answer:

Simply log into your account at http://affiliates.Horizon 20.com and take a look at your Quick Summary Report. You can find the Quick summary report in the reports menu located at the top of the screen.
The “New Accounts” section will display your new players.
You can also view the players that you have sent through in the “Accounts Report”.
This report will give you an overview of your players and the breakdown from their activity.

9) How often are reports updated?

Answer:

The Player Data is uploaded daily, so that they accurately measure all the activity generated up to and including the previous day.

10) How often do I get paid?

Answer:

You may request a payout as often as once a month. A minimum of $250 must be earned before a payout is made. You may request a lesser amount if you are willing to pay all banking fees.

11) How do I receive my money?

Answer:

1)Affiliates can be paid via our many banking options except Visa/Mastercard. Click here to view options.
2) Checks are issued in U.S. dollars and mailed to the address provided on the Sign Up Form during registration.
All Payments less than $50 will be held over, unless you are willing to pick up the fees.
3)Affiliates are also welcome to have their balance credited to their betting account at any time.

12) What is the commission structure?

Answer:

The basic commission structure is Revenue Share.

Revenue Share:
Affiliates earn up to 40% commission on sportsbook and racebook revenue and 20% commission on the betting exchange, generated by the players they refer. It is calculated as a percentage of the revenue or “loss” (the amount Horizon 20.com receives for losses) generated by the player.
For the purposes of the affiliate program, revenue is defined as the total of all players’ losses to all bets / wagers the players were involved in while playing at Horizon 20.com, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to players, charge-backs or any uncollectible revenue attributable to the player.
Sportsbook, Auto and horse racing

Betting Exchange is a straight 20%.

Affiliates must request to be paid on the CPA model and are subject to approval by the Affiliate Manager.  Payment is made to an affiliate upfront for every player “acquired” by Horizon 20 that was referred by the affiliate. A player is defined as acquired once the following terms have been met:

• The player registers as a real money player
• The player makes a real money deposit into their account
• The player plays a minimum amount of action.

13) I operate more than one website. Can I put banners on my other sites?

Answer:

You have the option of using multiple tracking codes to track different promotions. You can track all your promotions under one ID, or separate them by promotion. To do this, log into your affiliate account and go to “My Sites”. Here you may add as many sites as you want. When selecting creatives in the Banner Manager, simply select the new tracking code from the “Aff Sites” list.

14) Where do I access my banners (where do I get my tracking code?)

Answer:

To access your banners go to “Banners”. This is located at the top of the page.
In the banner manager select the type of creative you would like code for and hit GO. You will have the option to choose from several categories of Horizon 20s current Promotions.
Select the promotion you want and then you will have various size options. Once you select your size you can copy and paste the code directly as is onto your site.

15) Can I change the tracking code?

Answer: We do not recommend that you alter the affiliate tracking code in any way. If you do change the code, we are not liable if your stats are inaccurate.

16) How can I request a special banner for my site?

Answer:

If you’d like us to create a special banner that is not already available in our Banner Manager, simply send us the following details:

• File format
• Banner dimensions
• Desired language
• The URL of the site in which the banner is going to appear in.
• The exact location of the banner.

Upon approval we will create the banner according to your specifications and send it to you.

17) How do I update my personal account information and Payment information?

Answer:

You can update your personal information by logging into your affiliate account and going to the “My Account Section”. In the text boxes that contain your personal information, make any desired changes and then hit “Update” to save your updates.

You can update your payment information by logging into your affiliate account and going to “My Payment ”. You will have the option to choose a payment method. Select this option and you will see you can fill in the payment information, make any desired changes and then hit “Update” to save your updates.

18) How do I add an additional site to my existing account?

Answer:

Go to the “My Sites” section. On the left hand side in the menu it will say “Manage Site profiles”, click on this. In this section you will be able to add a new site and also update existing URL’s.

19) Can I receive commission for signing up as a player?

Answer:

No, you are not allowed to register yourself as a Referred Player or register on behalf of any third party, or authorize or assist any other person to register as a Player.

20) I am not sure my link/tracking code is working properly. How do I know that my referrals are being tracked to me?

Answer:

You can verify your tracking code by going in to the banner manager. (Located at the top of the screen)
Here you will have access to your banner codes.
If you think it may be displayed incorrectly please send us your affiliate id and your site’s full URL in order for us to review your links for technical failures. Send the email to affiliates@Horizon 20.com

21) How do I close my affiliate account?

Answer:

If you wish to close your account please send an email to affiliates@Horizon 20.com.
